Lacey Sladky
As a trusted leader with over two decades of experience leading large teams, Lacey brings intuition, presence, and awareness to the coaching and facilitation practice, providing an engaging, fresh approach to the development and education of world class leaders.
Lacey is an ICF-certified executive coach who develops and delivers customized corporate leadership development programming and C-level executive performance coaching.
With over 20 years of experience guiding her own teams in demanding environments, Lacey’s leadership foundation was formed during her time as a forward deployed U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer. Lacey served multiple tours in the Arabian Gulf during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following her service, Lacey held a number of executive leadership positions in both tech and communications, most recently as the Vice President of an integrated marketing agency in the DC area.
She is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, with a Master of Science degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego School of Business and an executive certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She received her Associate Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation.

Lacey’s coaching practice is rooted in her experience leading teams during periods of change in complex environments. Her focus areas include career transition, authentic personal growth and the development of high performing teams. She has delivered seminars on the importance of developing and aligning to an authentic personal brand.
Lacey lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband and two children and two happy dogs. She thrives on her time mentoring youth as a veteran ambassador for the Travis Manion Foundation, and supporting veterans in transition as a coach and facilitator for the COMMIT Foundation.
